Spring has arrived
Yes, also this time I fixed several bugs.
The in-line editing is now more intuitive with a clearer indication of the sections.
The most important news of this release is improving the permission management now more precise and less heavy use of the database.
This change made it necessary to add an id_area field in the table privs and a new table uprivs.
